Turning off the Twitter updates?

I've about ten training entries to put in from the past week and don't want to spam Twitter up, so how do I turn off the updates? I've been searching for ages, but I know I'm going to be told it's in the most obvious place....

FreshStart Jan 2013 11:22pm, 13 Jan 2013 510 posts	0 FreshStart Does anyone have any idea how to turn off the twitter updates that show up on your blog page? I've been into twitter and revoked this site access to my tweets but they are still appearing on my blog page. Am I doing something wrong?
