Got a turbo for Christmas - Elite Chrono Fluid Elastogel one whilst it was cheap at wiggle.

Tried it out tonight for the first time and wondered how I should use it.

I've got a cadence and speed sensor on the bike paired with my watch, plus HRM, so I've got a reasonable data set. Did 30 mins with 4 individual minutes of harder efforts at fairly rain intervals to keep me interested.

Where's a good source of some structured workouts that I could dip into every now and again for a bit of variety instead of running all the time?

Got something to say?
