Well now. The local tri club has published the dates and entry details of their aquathlons and I can do two of the three. This time last week I'd have entered the two I'm available for but this week my Morton's neuroma in my foot has flared up and I don't want to go through all the DNSs I had to last time it was a problem  I'll leave it for a week or two and see if it settles.

NDP. IHG. It's chuffing cold out there. And windy. But I'm excite for the game tomorrow with by Brussels baes. I'm playing with the reserves, but the other club we're playing are undefeated in the Belgian first division, so even their reserves are likely to be double hard bastards. Our first team captain was giving it all the fire and thunder about 'nothing to lose' and they have a six week break after this game so they can 'really put our bodies on the line'. I have two more Dutch games before Christmas. I will be keeping my body a respectable distance from the line. |
