I have a 735xt and intended to use it in tri mode several times this year. We all know how that's panned out ;-) but I'm happy with it - used it for running, cycling, pool swim (once! back in January :-( ) and OW swimming, all good.

Just back from what was meant to be a gentle run (1.93 @ 12:29s).

Mentally I felt fine. Physically my back hurt then I felt shocking - post ‘big race where I’d overcooked the bike but had to sprint the end of the run’ shocking. AF means there are unlikely to be many clues in the HR numbers. A bit of a worry. Mentally feel fine now but still in a muck sweat.

Greg: Dehydration? Heat? It's unusually unfriendly conditions at the mo.

Afternoon multifilth sportsters.

I had a 16k run on my plan for today but was late getting going and ended up cutting it short to 14.7. It was mostly good, then just too hot and not enough water, I stopped to cool off in the river and couldn't persuade myself to go again.

Better than doing nothing, though, for sure.

Hope it's nothing to worry about and you recover well Grep.

Afternoon. I'm knackered from my session yesterday. Good job it's a rest day!

ps

Greppers, following Huge Bashers' shock announcement, could you kindly remove That London on October 4th. When I know if it will be October 2021, April 2022 or April 2023 I'll let you know

Take care Greppers.

I also have had back issues, somewhat eased by my five mile run. Very warm, but still tolerable.
