Belgian rail have excelled themselves again, so rather than the nice direct train to Brussels I find myself having to change at Lier. This significantly interrupts my knitting time. Rest day today. Yesterday's run was a total disappointment - about 1k in I realised that the odd pain in my foot was unlikely to ease out as it was most likely caused by our tight head standing on it in the pre-game warm up. Still, it was a lovely day to walk gingerly around the woods dressed in comic book themed lycra, confusing the ramblers.
