Loved it. Great fast flat course. Perfect weather. Plenty of water stations. Nice to share the course with people enjoying the spring weather. Chocolate doughnut at the finish line, nice t-shirt. Oh and I expected a modest PB but got a 24 minute PB. ![]() |

Thanks. I did walk but not as much as I expected. I probably had a 30 second walk every mile or so. It doesn't cost me much time because I usually speed up before I stop and then I'm back up to speed pretty much straight away. It gives my poor old feet and ankles a break. |

Yeah I thought it was brill as well but I missed out on the chocolate doughnut !!! Did see people with them though!!! I big 6 min pb for me to and under 7 min miles at 2 hour 17 perfect warm up for manchester |
