Kit laid out - check Weather forecast checked - check Snack and other items ready - check Pre-race nerves - runners trots - check My start is at 12.45, so I've had my usual porridge for breakfast, and am taking a banana to scoff about 45 min before the off. I have to attend a church coffee morning before the race, so all the comments on my Lycra should keep me distracted. So - first race - here I go, wheeeeeee! |

Have a great race, I would have been there if I wasn't recovering from being ill. It's a lovely place to run.
