Best try them on in a shop rather than buy from the internet) However recently i bought a pair of Mizuno Wave harier trail shoes (version 2) for £40-00 at start fitness and ive been very impressed with them.
DeeGee Apr 2012 2:38pm, 10 Apr 2012 11,541 posts	0 DeeGee I've run my one proper off-road marathon in Harriers and they were great, but they bashed my arches up terribly on a simple four mile end-of-LSR run on-road because I was running late and in a hurry. So they're strict off-roaders for me.
