GimmeMedals
I was aiming to run my hours this month and that was fine until a couple of days ago when I got a chest infection, but it seems to be on it's way so hoping to get back running tomorrow. We've spent a lot of time on DIY this month again, so I've not been going for long walks, like I have in previous months.

Well that was a bit rubbish - a 5 miler on Sat and no run on Sunday. Dear oh dear! Made it to gym on Sun. I might *just* scrape the 35 this month, but won't claw back any of my deficit against target. Never mind!

Did you log your DIY GM? You could, of course! :-) G

I was mostly holding and passing things, so not very energetic. I didn’t think to log it!

Sigh
Declaring for November:

240 - 243 - 19 - ahead by 23

Not going to bother setting a revised target this close to the end :-)

Declaring disappointment for November

500 - 423 - 20 - impossibly far away without a time machine!

Injuries are a bit of an issue. My normal mode of training these days seems to be “cautious return from injury” but apparently not cautious enough!

Aww Nellers, hope you get fixed soon.

Anyone else declaring? I might gym tonight but prob not. In which case I'll be 35 for month and 360 total with maybe 400 a possible goal for the year if I can do 40 in Dec?! :-) G

I've ducked out of today's run. It's been a meagre month but nearly all was running; about 19 hours more than most months this year.....

The Scribbler
Gah, missed my chance for a walk today, forgetting that it was my last chance to boost my meagre hours for the month. Need to add a couple more walks I think before I declare

About the thread:

A shout out if anyone else wants to set themselves a goal in terms of time training (hours).

Remember, whatever you want to count as training... counts as training. If it's walking the dog, cycling to work, mindfulness and meditation, knitting, whatever you want to track, you track the hours!!

For anyone who wants to join us - it's easy, just estimate how many hours a year of training you want to do, and each month we see if we're on target.

2024 is a GO! :-) G

Here we track time spent doing anything you want to track as training. Ideal for non-runners, cross trainers, walkers, the injured etc!

Inspired by Sigh's blog (even though he's not playing any more!) fetcheveryone.com/blog/83896/2019/7#blog395919

Time has now been added to most logs, summaries and graphs, so thanks Fetch! :-) G
