Nearly at 28 hours (35 is my target, and as the weekend still to go, and Monday, might make it). Mostly pleased with 1/3 non-running, which is ahead of my target which was 25%. Final 7 days - how's everyone doing? Remember a walk counts, a bit of stretching at home counts, chasing the kids around a park counts. Whatever you count, counts! G |

351 hours for the year so far. Just looked at prev years - last year was 377, so should beat that, already ahead of 2017 335 (2018 was a very lazy year, ignore that!) and 2016 was last decent year with 406, so that will be a stretch target, even if I don't make my 420 which I won't! Targets, targets! G |

Just about on target. 24.5 hours so far this month and 311 for the year. I've had a lot higher years, but they were when I had a dog to walk!

I just coming up on 1000hrs - Nov looks to be recovering nicely to about 85hrs I did 870 hours or so last year so although volume is up this year I am a historical 700 and often over 800 hour trainer. |

I'll manage over 35 this month for first time since June. Steady running and a bit more gym are doing it. Nice big volumes Soap, Gobi and westmoors. G |

I think you and I are working off the same total budget HappyG. I’ve had my lowest month all year with injuries. Hurt my back so couldn’t row then got carried away with running to make up for it and hurt my knee! Your range of options are very limited when you can’t run, bike, row or lift! Managed some good abs workouts, and some days off.

Getting old sucks, Gobi! The knee is coping with rowing and some CrossFit movements (burpees and press ups and experimentally light-weight deadlifts today) and I’m thinking I’ll try the turbo at the weekend and gently build from there. The back seems fine after a couple of weeks not straining it.
