Gobi
I had the first 9 days as my down period so training was light, slow pick up this week but not expecting great things this month.

(also back in the office 3 days a week)

This month is going well. Already at half the amount I did for October.

I'm currently heading for the 60 hours I predicted so I may actually end up closer to 70

Well my first full week back in training went better than expected so 80 hours may happen.

How is everyone else ?

Sigh
That's good news, Gobi.

Prompted by you asking, I've just checked and I only have 3.5 hours to go to reach my goal for the year!

Nice one Gobi. Well done everyone. I've actually been doing quite well with 3 x gym visits a week. Running slightly down in volume. I've missed my target but mostly my goal was to try and keep up some non-running / cross - train and having this tracker really helps me with that. :-) G

Much lower this month - 14 hours so far - but that is mostly running. I should be at 30 hours by the end of the month and will still be on track for hitting my revised target. I should set a new highest ever monthly hours of running, by some margin, this month too.

Autumnleaves
Through 500 hours for the year - highest ever by 100 hours, with just over 45 hours to do to hit the new target - so barring disasters I ought to be fine. I have found this tracker so helpful in motivating me during some tough weeks this year, especially when injury took me out of running.

Thanks for the prod Gobi. I knew I’d not done much the last couple of weeks but hadn’t realised quite how little. 40 hours still needed to reach my revised target so shall stop using the weather as an excuse to be lazy and will be upping the activity again now.

About the thread:

A shout out if anyone else wants to set themselves a goal in terms of time training (hours).

Remember, whatever you want to count as training... counts as training. If it's walking the dog, cycling to work, mindfulness and meditation, knitting, whatever you want to track, you track the hours!!

For anyone who wants to join us - it's easy, just estimate how many hours a year of training you want to do, and each month we see if we're on target.

2024 is a GO! :-) G

Here we track time spent doing anything you want to track as training. Ideal for non-runners, cross trainers, walkers, the injured etc!

Inspired by Sigh's blog (even though he's not playing any more!) fetcheveryone.com/blog/83896/2019/7#blog395919

Time has now been added to most logs, summaries and graphs, so thanks Fetch! :-) G
