I am happy I made it this far. Aiming for an hour average each day and inly started at the end of the first week this month.

Now I need to calculate how much extra to do to make up for January and February. I reckon longer walks and rides at weekends will soon make up for that, as well as consistent logging of yoga and a more disciplined practice. I should really do 20 minutes a day to keep the body ticking over.

Sorry about the delay I was a bit behind on the log

My biggest month of the year for running and yoga coupled to another solid month on the bike sees my biggest month of the year. Wattbike is away for a service so I may see this period as downtime but no doubt at the end of April I will probably update my target again as I am considerably ahead.

Hi TTT'ers, sorry I think I missed the end of February declaration. February and March were not brilliant training months for me due to a combination of bad weather, injury, and a fair degree of loss of enthusiasm. However, here we are, the weather is better and enthusiasm has been found down the back of the sofa. I'm miles off my target, but life is about what we do now and tomorrow, not what we didn't do yesterday?

My stats at end of March are 700-133-149

About the thread:

A shout out if anyone else wants to set themselves a goal in terms of time training (hours).

Remember, whatever you want to count as training... counts as training. If it's walking the dog, cycling to work, mindfulness and meditation, knitting, whatever you want to track, you track the hours!!

For anyone who wants to join us - it's easy, just estimate how many hours a year of training you want to do, and each month we see if we're on target.

2024 is a GO! :-) G

Here we track time spent doing anything you want to track as training. Ideal for non-runners, cross trainers, walkers, the injured etc!
