All done I’m sofa surfing!

geordiegirl- 600 - 154 -61 major pull back this month with a lot more focus on yoga & stretching now slightly ahead of target!!

And to top it off a mammoth running month giving me a new highest mileage month 160m. Long may this great training continue and injuries stay at bay.

Despite what I said in my last post about being behind this month, I seem to have pulled it back and I’m keeping on track.

March '21 Rog T - 700 - 168 - 63 An hour or so up this month so started to close the overall deficit a little. Feeling great.

A month of 2 very different halves with 30 hours in the first half and only 11 in the second half, work is really getting in the way at the moment, very frustrating.
Still, onwards and upwards!

I'll start putting your totals in. Well done all.

I managed to pull it out of the bag last night, by starting at 5pm and going non-stop until midnight doing star jumps to get me an extra 8 hours and taking my total over my target for the first month this year.

Happy 1st of April.

Reality - still behind!

About the thread:

A shout out if anyone else wants to set themselves a goal in terms of time training (hours).

Remember, whatever you want to count as training... counts as training. If it's walking the dog, cycling to work, mindfulness and meditation, knitting, whatever you want to track, you track the hours!!

For anyone who wants to join us - it's easy, just estimate how many hours a year of training you want to do, and each month we see if we're on target.

2024 is a GO! :-) G

Here we track time spent doing anything you want to track as training. Ideal for non-runners, cross trainers, walkers, the injured etc!
