I had no idea that there were so many people on this website who had problems getting their heads out of their own arses.

I've done Tough Guy with my brother and sister. I thought it was fantastic fun. More fun and more co-operative in spirit than proper running races. A lot more like triathlon (which is also fun) but without the dressing up. Tough Guy is mostly raising funds for charity - the Donkey Sanctuary and some heroes charity and some local charity for children with mobility issues the year I did it. I was happy to pay as a special treat. I was surprised that there seemed to be some people who were on their stag nights and hen dos on it... it had a great party atmosphere. What was bad were the showers and the amount of animal faeces which seemed to get into every crevice. I haven't felt properly clean since.

Joopsy - No I really do have a fat nephew. In fact I have 5 fat nephews, 2 fat nieces, a very fat dad, two quite fat sisters, one sort of fat sister, two very fat aunts, a number of tubby in laws and brother in law. I am the the one that bucks the fat trend, although at age 35 I weighed about 14.5 stone. I have other relatives as well and am sure some of them will become fat - its in our genes/ jeans.

I thought of your this morning - I saw a car in front with "YSB" number plate.

What he says is true. Some of them are Very Fat Indeed. I would clarify that of the sisters, one is very fat, one is quite fat and one just has a bit of spare padding, she's not sort of fat really. God knows what they think of me, whenever one of them hugs me, I think I'm going to disappear.
