As you have listed already... plus one point is that as a crew make the runner 100% focus. The runner doesn't need to know if you are a bit tired, hungry, thirsty, cold, wet, the car wouldn't start, traffic was bad, a road was closed etc. Its ideal if they know when to encourage you and when you need some tough love. |

Ted, I am going to try to borrow a tent to keep my sh*te in and did ask if he wanted to sleep in it but he was having none of that! Paul, very good point, I read that somewhere on a blog about crewing. When my mum was supporting at Round the rock she gave me all her problems at the checkpoints, I really didnt need that! |
