Ooooooh!

I'm building a map of common route checkpoints, based on everywhere we run.

For fun, the system records your best times between each point, and will soon generate leaderboards between popular checkpoints.

You don't have to do anything different, just log your runs.

Have a look at the map to see the checkpoints in your local area - and if there aren't any, just log a run - and they'll pop up after a wee while.

So, have I got this right, you're proposing we urinate in public on street corners? I'm all for being extreme and out there, but surely this is taking it all a bit far....:-)

I urinate all over the place, so I'm safe with this one.

Is there any other way to urinate on street corners than 'in public'? ;-) You could take a large cardboard box with you, and stand inside it I suppose :-)

Can it tell the difference between walking, running and cycling?

So, basically you're nicking Strava's idea and sticking it on Fetch?

All for it.

I asked on Facebook (but probably better here): Why is there an advantage to me creating the checkpoints? Does it just ensure they are on my route rather than sorta beside my route?

Also... are we only building this month, or will new checkpoints be continued to be added while there is space for them?
