Fetch, while you are here Summat odd happened this morning I got an F mail telling me that my workout was ready with a link I clicked on this link and it took me to a blank training page for today Is this a new nag feature? Im feeling guilty as i havent run yet

Hmmm. One explanation could be that you put in a planned session for today, but then deleted / amended it before looking at your notification? Sometimes people accidentally 'plan' sessions by putting in tomorrow's date instead of today. Could be it. Off for a fish finger sandwich. |
