- I did a whole 25M length with a kick board on Thursday - according to my watch it took 54 seconds. I was completely knackered! I won't be trying that again :)

I don't move with a kick board. I@m not joking.

I am definitely waiting until I can get an in-person coach.

I know not eveyone likes TI but I read the book and taught myself to swim using it. I then had a small group session which was helpful. They said ignore the long glide as their approach has now changed. But TI really suits me generally and with no coaching available may not be a bad start.

Got something to say?
