The ruler starts at the edge of the crisp packet but it looks like the crisp overhangs a little and extends further than 80 the other way. I reckon you're looking at an 85mm crisp there. As to Sigh's point - if the crisp could be stretched out, perhaps after being soaked to make it more flexible - then I think you could potentially double its width. But you've eaten it haven't you?

To be honest I think it will be hard to beat (but would be glad to be proved wrong). I tend to have a packet of crisps most days and this is definitely a rogue crisp.
