Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

RH Thanks Rosehip I think I may have a look to find one of those, maybe on Amazon or somewhere similar would be good to have something physical to track my progress in as well as keep my Marathon training plan in!

That's it - mine is a rather cute lilac/lavender colour.

How are you getting on with yours B? Who else had one?

Written by two women athletes RA - quite female oriented in some ways, but equally appropriate in others - as far as I've read anyway.

I try to remeber to fill it in each evening. I like looking back at what I have done, also find the bit at the start of the week asking for goals/challenges is useful as is the weekly review. I've still not read much of the other stuff in it. I need to read the bit about goals and set some!

About This Thread

Maintained by iRan
Welcome to the 700 miles in 2016 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.

bunting and 700er medals are often spotted around here.

Happy running :-)
