Were there Vespas in Thirsk too? I decided I needed a longer run so forwent (is that a word?) thirsk for an undulating 15 miler around Harrogate/Knaresborough and has to fight my way through hundreds of scooter/vespa enthusists near Waterside in Knareborougg! coongrats on the PBs everyone.

Watch out in the results - quite a few people have been given the wrong age categories! A friend of mine was 3rd Yorkshire male vet trophy but is in the open age according to the results! 6 minute pb for me - tres happy considering I havent really trained for a 10 miler. Some great racing from everyone on here and a cracking run at the front from the male winner (50 minutes!) and Sarah Jarvis who looked so strong coming into the last mile as I passed her going into the lane! |

great race yesterday.. beautiful conditions.. anyone know who was taking the photographs on the course.. seemed to be a specialised unit / company but I didn't catch the name and anyone got a link to them??

Flaming photography (and there is video)! Shame the photos arent a bit cheaper as I would buy them - my ones are crackers
