I tried training to HR for a bit and it wasn't for me. I was interested in the HR data after the fact, but not really enough to be guided by it. I didn't wear the chest strap all the time, so didn't have the data all the time. I thought wrist based would sort that. But it's virtually useless for me. For reasons proposed! G]

I use an optical HRM that goes above or below the elbow and that is far better - not just me that finds this - I gave a spare to flanker and he says he & kinkys fight over who gets to use it! Wrist is just a terrible place to get it from]
