I recall a couple of posters on this thread expressing their fondness for the gee-gees. This is one of two polo clubs I occasionally run past, don't think I've ever seen a sign of life at either of them. It's on NCN11, and at 4 metres above sea level, a good bit higher than much of the surroundings. rightmove.co.uk |

Hah Cerratonia I'm pretty sure I went to polo there a few weeks ago as happenstance would have it! It was in Lode anyway and looked a lot like that pitch. Maybe there is more than one there? |

Not just perspective - houses here usually are quite deep and narrow. A bit like Amsterdam, in that respect. No idea what's up with the chandeliers, I guess they wanted somewhere soft to put them down? |

I doubt Lode has two polo clubs - the other one I often run past is in Dullingham. I have seen helicopters landing there, but never any horses running about. There is another one on the West of Cambridge, between the motorway and the army rifle range, but I don't think there's any way to run past that one. |

Just checked on Google and yep that's the place. Polo was well worth £10 each. Very exciting and nice to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. There's a very nice pub in Horningsea as well if anyone's got 4.5 mil down the back of the sofa 😂
