Indeed. And they happen to be bases from which the bombers fire missiles at Ukraine's utilities services. Interesting article, that. But I disagree with those who say there should be talks with Putin. This miserable situation will only resolve when Russia is defeated. Any talks, any concessions, will only reward Putin so he can regroup and then try again. I was disappointed to see that the US spiked the Himars so they can't fire long-range missiles like Atacms. That's exactly the kind of weapon that will bring the war to an end sooner. But it looks like the Ukrainians are managing to reach out pretty well by themselves
