Ukraine's MoD is rather good at trolling the invaders. Today's offering:

One aircraft they omit is the Antonov An-124 heavy lifter. Can be seen in Polish airspace now and then.

Pity about the Mriya being destroyed during the assault on Hostomel.

This article, by a prominent emigre Russian journalist, is a good account of how Russia makes no secret of what it is doing and and why many who equivocate should know better:

foreignpolicy.com

(He runs the Meduza website, which is an excellent source of longer-form journalism about Russia and has an English-language version: https://meduza.io/en)

I wonder who did for the delightful Ms Dugina yesterday evening in Moscow ... Very fishy indeed. Almost like going back to the 1990s.

Yeah, it's an odd one isn't it.

Was her father the actual target? Part of me thinks it could be likely that Russia is so focused on the war and is diverting so much resource that perhaps Nalvany supporters have realised they can act.

The enemy of my enemy is my friend innit.

Interesting point made by a talking head on Sky. To infiltrate agents for an assassination operation, in the capital of a police state, and then exfiltrate them undetected, is one hell of a complex and risky undertaking. And if the Ukrainians were capable of it, they'd probably go for someone more high value. Which makes sense to me.

And this was a very ostentatious way of doing it, too. Not a push off a balcony or a shot to the head with silenced pistol. Someone is sending a message.
