I think they make them out of crank, that’s got lots of grog in it which makes it even heavier compared with smoother clay. My favourite was Rosa’s even with the cracks. My money is on Matt to win since it’s a throwing challenge. His decoration was crap this week though (no pun intended!) |

I think his decoration would have worked if it had been an underglaze stain. It looked good before it slipped and blurred. But I agree, Rosa's was my favourite and I think she was the only one who decorated the inside.

Or he could have used oxides. Given he plans meticulously the glazing error is strange, it’s a numpty beginner mistake. Matt is definitely the poor man’s Ryan...
