Hi LW, I would think it's the SIS (Science In Sport) brand Rego recovery drink. I use it after my LSR's. First bottle I had was fine but then picked up a Strawberry flavour by mistake. Can't wait to do a few more runs so I can get another bottle, anything but Strawberry. Unless anyone feels differently.

Thanks BS and Toks and PB, I'm feeling that i'm beyond the usual aches and pains you go through now. Never had this when running or karate before and getting worse not better. It's a strange painI've not had before now. Sods law it comes at a time when training is going well. ****************************** Lots of swearing in there ;)

43 miles last week, my best week for a couple of years.
Nothing really long but included 2 x 12milers.

Big test for me on Sunday at the Folsworth 15. This should give me a better idea of my likely marathon time. Anytning near 2hr 30 for the 15 would be great but it is abit hilly I hear.

Moschops, hope you get that injury diagnosed soon and wish you well.
Take that hat off it make bring you some luck :)

You guys are doing really well! I hope your injury start recovering soon, Moschops. I know how rough it is, so I'm sending healing vibes your way...

Not been running enough recently, but it's mainly because of insane work & uni commitments. It should settle down in March, but until then I'll just have to content myself with snatching a run whhenever I can. Got my adventure race on Sunday, which I'm really looking forward to. I'm going to concentrate on the bike section rather than the run, as I'm stronger on my bike. Hopefully I won't come last (it's a real possibility as entries for the solo female category are usually in single figures), but I'm sure it won't be that bad even if I do! :-)

Happy Running!
