Really? Is it just your fingers then?? I find that it is now taking me at least 3km before I really warm up...until then I am running with ice block feet!

Oh enough of this differing, I can't find a suitable spring marathon.

I'm going for the New Forest in September. Bit worrying as only around 40 people were longer than 5 hours last year, so I better do more intervals ;)

What are others doing training wise if they're doing ones later in the year? Think I'm going to try several shorter hilly races in the meantime and build on my base fitness and mileage.
