I'm very positive - but then I am very cocky.

and will probably come a cropper on a big nasty hill :)

(20 miles loometh - hopefully before new year)

(27 miles loometh thereafter - hopefully before end of Jan)

War face engaged.

Blimey Haox - there's no way I am at your stage yet...so no need for war...but I will get there and when I do, you'd better be prepared!!!

Toks - my bliddy mp3 broke and I haven't been bothered to replace it - but yes I DO need a new one cos I had to think of all sorts whilst running yesterday! haha

Oh and is it safe to do 2 long runs the day after each other? I am thinking of running to my friends tonight before dinner - it might only be 10k, but it could be longer...what say you on this matter?

well the first one was yesterday and I did that at 10mm pace - so I guess this one today can be as slow as I want or as fast as I feel (and I ain't feeling fast today!)

i think you need to be more slower than that BBLB, maybe 12/13 min/per mile!!

You don't need to feel fast - just strong. Do you feel strong BooBoo, do you? Are you ready for it? Can you take it? Will you show the world that you are THE BooBoo LaBon - Queen of the FLM - a runner of most wonderous and enduring stature? Hmmmmmmm?

Get your kit on NOW!!!!!

(and go slow....10mm is sprinting for me - lol)

Toks - I am really, really having a problem with my pacing. I am doing what I would consider as plodding, then I get hope and log my time and distance and it ALWAYS seems that I am doing 9 or 10mm...I try to be slow,I really do and I am starting to get frustrated as I am just not able to do 12/13mm (Only once have I done a 12mm) - I can't even imagine doing a 13mm...

HELP...
