Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi everyone. I am back online and, best of all, home!!! I need to read back to see what has been going on. ((((PB)))) Hope you are on the mend soon. How is the last week before the big one going Toks?

I have managed a fair bit of training over the last few weeks. Has anyone else had a week or two where they felt totally exhausted and had to drag themselves out for every run? I have been like that over the last couple of weeks but it has been a roller coaster with Wills as he got really very sick so this would have contributed a great deal. Felt great on club run today so back on form. Doing the Brighton 1/2 on Sunday and then will make the best of the next few weeks as we will back in hospital as Wills needs some surgery.

Right, on to reading back this thread and catching up with what has been going on :-)

Hope everyone who is lacking in energy and feeling ill gets better soon. Have you all looked at your diet? Last week I felt rough, very tired and was worried as marathon training hasn't even got to the tough part yet. Since then I've started eating more, trying to be healthier though. I do feel better for it.

Good luck at the weekend for all HMs!
