Well done!

Must start running a bit more myself. Feels like spring is here and outdoor activities are going to start up in various forms....

First set of intervals for a while for me today - 6 * 5 mins/3 mins

Not particularly fast ( was on an undulating country road ) but it's a start :-)

Despite generally hating 10k my first two (fingers crossed) races back will be 10k in June and July. Might need to leap off the Zwift and get my running legs going again if I'm going to be anywhere near 40. Actually, if parkrun does come back on 5th June that would be a good sighter for those races.

Well done Paul. Now those 10 mile, half marathon and marathon pbs all look a bit soft in comparison to the excellent 5k and now 10k times...

Cheers guys.

100k training block starts today Chrisull. Might be a while before I get round to taking on PBs!

Had to dig deep for 19:38 over the MidCheshire 5k route today as a wake up call for when I get back into running. 5 weeks of cycling with very few runs not ideal prep, but good to get a line in the sand nonetheless. HR at the end was just 3 beats below what I believe to be max, properly rinsed!!

Nicely done. Should have kept going for the final 5K and gone sub 40! ;-)

I'd certainly be happy with anything under 20 mins off of limited training - well done !
