If you’re updating the sidebar, stick me down for Manchester please Pete. It’ll need an asterisk though, as I reckon sub-4 is a more likely outcome.

PW's - I have several ridiculously slow LDW's like Curly. One was probably even the same one event

Slowest I ran on my own was a 7hr plus at the PICNIC marathon but it did turn out to be over 50K

Its been a while, but its time to report another fall :-(

Not sure what happened, think my ankle just wobbled on an uneven bit of paving. I continued on for a few strides and thought I had evaded the fall, but that extra stone * I am carrying made the gravitational pull unavoidable.

No real harm done, lost skin on knee and elbow and as even the act of completing the run meant there was lots of blood by the time I got home.

* Ive actually been eating very sensibly this week and its not quite a stone extra any more

Bazo, mate. Well, at least you are running and as long as the fall doesn't stop that. We need to get you one of those bubble wrap costumes to run in...

Running will be fine but sone of my rehab exercise tonight involve kneeling and will be tricky.

From FB it was mostly about Champers in the Bath? Yeah, looked like a good time and it's such a cracking event - would be good to see a write up. :-) G

Looking forward to a report from Stoosh.

Bazo, you seem to be on the ground more than an Italian footballer. Hope the fall hasn't done too much damage.

Looking towards Boston - I still haven't booked flights or done any serious training yet. I will wait until they start letting us into the States, or more importantly Massachusetts.

I may write up a report over the weekend when I'm home.

Still having bubbles in my big bubble bath😉 in the lakes!

Bazo should be sponsored by bubble wrap!!!
