LOL, it wasn't quite like that Contro though that may have been more suitable needless to say gymfreak looked serene and glamourous, gave me a lovely smile and a hello, (though I don't think she recognised me), and I got a panted "alrigh" from the running legend himself, as he tried to keep up

Ummmmm, lammo, Jock really doesn’t ride a bike. Whoever that was, it wasn’t the pair of us! Anyway, I’m certainly not planning a 2.45 marathon so I will leave now 😂 |

@gymfreak, the way marathon shoe regulations go, bikes will be classified as appropriate footwear!! As long as they are made by nike
