Only noticed overnight that I'd actually done a sub 90 more recently than I'd remembered, September last year. Too many races under the belt now!

[As an aside, best bit about Sunday though was my better half's race. She ran 1:59:30-ish about 2017 and since then had just got slower. Long story short, discovered pernicious anaemia, got some iron and vit 12 tablets and since 2022 has been tearing down her records over parkruns until a ligament tear put a rapid stop to that.

FFWD to yesterday, she's training for London and ran a 1:49:xx without really trying. The only reason I'm posting this here as I felt very accomplished when I ran my first 89:xx, but I only earned a 67% WAVA for my troubles. She hit a 68% yesterday, so is on a par with where I was back then.]

Hope Mrs larks has a TUE ;-)

Great to hear she is running well and better than her husband.
