Conclusion: Forest Runner did break the camera - I'll have to make sure I finish in front of him next time!

Forest Runner
Results and photo arrived - I didn't break the camera.

I must have slowed down just before crossing the line, because I don't look as if I've just run a marathon. I just realised 3 weeks after the event, I only set one running objective this year and that was to break under 3:30 in a marathon. I've done that now, so on to next year's objective to break under 90 minutes for a half marathon.

Good target, FR. I'm going for a 10k pb in the spring. My question is, how to maintain the stamina for the next 5 months, without dedicating 18 hours per week to the sport!!

Got my photo too.

No vomitting I'm afraid. He got me before the technicolour action.

I think that you might have had some effect on the cameraman FR, as I'm all out of focus. He captured the real me.

We crossed the finish together - Mum'll be proud to have it on her sideboard - she's already regailed the Washford Ladies Group with stories of her marathon running daughters - bless!
