Looks like I’m going to be training to drive a fork lift for 4 days next week!

Just got in after my 7 mile run home from nights. Weather a bit changeable but at least the rain had stopped. Time to walk the dog then breakfast bit of yoga then bed. Back to the mad house tonight

I’ve just woken up after 3.5 hours sleep night owl. I can hear my teenager rattling around. It’s not enough but I did say I’d take him to a local cafe for 2! Early night tonight!

Break time on what I call my Bon Jovi shift - by the end of it I will be half way there (2 out of 4 nights done). Didn’t run to work tonight as need some shopping on way home.

I used to get a lift to work then run home, but when I started I was scanning postal packets and sorting them, some shifts since we moved into the warehouse I’ve walked 13 miles, and I started fitting in my daytime runs when I wake up instead which was nicer than running in the dark. At least if I get my fork lift licence I’ll be able to sit down for a rest!

I've always toyed with the idea of a run after a night shift. But reality is it doesn't happen. Not sure how far I walk in a shift but can easily do my step quota and some more
