Finally, with just two and a bit weeks to go, this is officially opening for entries! There are about 150 pre-registered peeps, and a maximum of only 200 runners for this first Lewes marathon, mostly up on the South Downs, organsed in memory of a local trail runner by his friends. It's Sunday the 15th of March. It's here in the race listings: http://www.fetcheveryone.com/viewracedetails.php?id=186078 It's a hilly course but what's amazingly cool is that when you're up on those hills you can see pretty much the whole route from almost anywhere along it. |
