Im taking brufen and starting tomorrow
i never did core work that rgularly, but now i havent i am getting all falbby aroubd the middle, and ive actually lost weight

I've been slacking on core work but have been doing bits along with fizz exercises but tonight 30min yoga done with the help of the wii granted its not the best but good to keep a track in my balance didn't half make me have to concentrate & engage core to stay steady. I'll endeavour to keep it up better going forward but looks like I'm away with work again next week :(
