Is TT (The Terminator) still Thread Admin? Try him Columba? If you can't get hold of thread admin, you can always ask the Fetch lad and he can do it for you. G

I'm pretty sure TT asked for someone to take over the thread. Don't know if anyone did though.

That's right, TT said he was really busy and wouldn't be online as much, IIRC. If there is a volunteer to take over thread admin, then it's really easy, just ask Fetch and he'll change you. All that it lets you do is edit that box over there - - ->> G

I don't recall seeing any posts from The Terminator for a while, so I'll ask Mr. Fetch.

Have updated the thread for you guys Please do feel free to contact Fetch if any of you want to take over admin rights though as I really can't give the thread the time it needs or you lovely people all deserve. It is one of my proudest Fetch achievements though, I wonder how many people I have helped towards a PB by starting the thread? x

1 hour core strength class, followed by 1 hour aerial yoga with lots of core work too - aerial planks certainly make planking more *interesting*!

Thank you, Terminator. I won't volunteer, as my IT skills are one notch above nil. |

You should be proud TT - and not just PBs, importantly core helps with injury avoidance, imho. And I'd rather a good spell of running, without injury, than 6 months of running, A PB, then an injury that lays me off for a year. Here's to safe running with strong core! G
