Have you all stopped doing your core? Or did Lili's aerial yoga just scare you off?! Post 24 hour ultra, I have only made 2 Pilates and 1 bodypump, but have done a bit of swim, bike and bits of gym and core, but mostly foam roller and stretching. Nearly back to normal though. :-) G

I've been in pain with my PF so missed Monday's yoga. Had a meeting Tues straight afer work. Wed I had a fizz app straight from work. Plan to do at least one of the sessions posted on here tonight - probably abs and a bit of upper body too.

I did do my core with friends on Sun, then hobbled for the rest of the day.

Have done aerial yoga and Pilates this week. I also squeezed in a core h routine too.

Aerial yoga is not scary! :-)

I'm starting the 10 min basic pilates workout that Wrexhambob posted .................>>>
I am such a novice.

I can tell I'm not doing the exercises completely right, but hopefully it's a learning curve.

Well done runnyeyes. Pilates is great. I'm going to the class at my gym tomorrow night. Was a good one last week. Would love to do 10 mins, 5 x per week, but a 45 min, 1 x per week will have to do! Bodypump tonight - will be doing a load of foam roller tonight too, my poor legs are very tired after weekend's running. :-) G
