I have a kettlebell (5kg, impulse buy in Aldi about 18 months ago) but have never done more than the simplest possible 2-handed swings with it; looked at plenty of videos, but was unsure that I would get it right and thought injury would be a distinct possibility if I got it wrong. What Rich and GP have been saying has vindicated my decision.

Wish I had the fine I had the discipline to do Yoga, just cany get into it. He's a bit good Rosehip, looks like he does similar stuff to idoportal.com Today I played with my strongman log. Strict clean and press, viper press, clean and push press, clean and jerk, interspersed with cold bar squats. |

Strict clean and press, viper press, clean and push press, clean and jerk, interspersed with cold bar squats. |
