I've just noticed this thread :) I'll need to try to hula hoop tomorrow - hoping it'll stop my back from getting too stiff after today's training.

Bent 2 of my finger nails back today when I was hooping as I tried to catch the hoop before it fell on the floor. Hey ho. Did 6 minutes today :)

GM could you please update the about this thread box and put this in there?

I had a dreadful migraine yesterday and I physically couldn't hoop, today unfortunately I'm having a bad joint pain type of day and I'm not sure I could bear anything swinging around me, nor could I do it. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. How you you lot getting on?

Osteopath is working on my SIJ. Unfortunately it's not going to be a quick fix... but I keep lurking and hoping!

Hope you feel better tomorrow Purps, migraines and joint pain aren't nice :( xxx

I've decided it's the wrong time for me Purps. I'm walking 638 miles virtually along the South West Coastal Path so all my isolating in the garden time is taken up with that.
I'll keep popping in to see how you are doing though. Hope you feel up to it tomorrow x
