Well, I've just joined a cheerleaders squad and I'm sure if I talk to the girls they might be up for a day of cheering! We could do a couple of Mick n Phil cheers. Whadda fink eh?

This weekend is the provisional run around the lake and get together to talk things through.....I wont be there unfortunately. Pft! There will be medals......I am in charge of that bit (of course!) and you will be expected to wear them aaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllll day
