Fantastic, things are starting to move behind the scenes a little. Will post later when there is something concrete, but thanks to the fetchies throwing their weight behind this.

Have we told Mr Fetch what to do yet? One thing would be to compile a list of weekends with fewest Fetchies down to race. Otherwise, waiting for JJF to come back. |

Mr Fetch has a task or two. We are building a complete view of we need to do, can do, can't do and what it will cost as a first step. In terms of date, there isn't a single weekend without racing and Fetchies will be racing every weekend, so I have taken the RW race calendar and narrowed it down to 16 November or 23 November as relatively lightweight weekends and propose to let Mick look at those two and give us an opinion. If neither will do or if there is a strong opinion here that we should do it a different way then I am happy to defer to a better idea. |

Sounds sensible JJF. Those were both dates already getting pushed about on here a few pages ago, so its going to be a problem whichever date is chosen. When is Mick back? I would have thought that deciding a date ASAP is pretty urgent, to encourage people to hold off entering stuff on the date

is there a way that draycote can hold a provisional booking on both dates for us so that no one else books before we concretely decide on a date?

*puts on sarcastic voice* you never heard of google Try maps.google.co.uk Which will hopefully show it is in Warwickshire, which is just south east of Coventry, which is east of Birmingham. |
