Hi Mick,

Make the most of the rest and the time with your wife. He will be back before you know it.

I would be more than happy to travel anywhere in the country to do this Half Marathon. Are there any suggested dates on the horizon? This is an excellent event for two people who I take a lot of motivation from.

We started to work towards a date in November but it died a death again. Someone couldn't make it.

Lets just choose a date and those who can make it great, if not, shame, but we need to get this sorted or it'll never happen. We can always do another one! What was that date in Nov nightjar?

We were looking at the third week in Nov.

We weer also waiting for someone to come back to us, having spoken to Draycott, to tell us it was a go-er.

We still need a Race Director then things will move forward.

When Mick comes back from holiday I am meeting him to set things up. We will agree a date, I can go with end of Nov.

I got the details from Draycote, we can have the site for free. I am sure it is a goer. There are some other details to sort, but I now know how to get the money to Mick without causing a problem to his tax/benefits.

No response from Sir Fetch on channeling funds through Fetch, or finding a reliable route, but plenty of time for that sort of thing.

I am happy to do the work on the ground in Warwickshire, but I really need an experienced Race Director to advise me. Any volunteers?
