I have created an article with a volunteers list - I would have used the old one but I think it's best to have the article locked. Let me know if and when you think of other jobs - it's a work in progress!

I do hope what all of u are doing for us is'nt in vain

We've NOT run in 4 weeks, and are'nt looking like going to Clowne tomorrow either

My physical and mental fitness is good - but in my mind i've lost it - and not sure if i'm going to get it back
