i had to drop out of brighton mara due to flu. i literally did not and could not get out of bed, the Dr came out and I missed boxing day thru to new yr.
wouldn't wish that on anyone. get the jab!

I have asthma so get free flu jabs.

Is it a myth that it makes you feel flu like for a day or so? I always feel rough, but I do tend to have it at that time of year when everyone is rough.

BVR, see V'rap's post on previous page. you are no more likely to feel rough after the jab than if you hadn't had it.

Well still alive and no after effects or pain whatever except for the fricking ear ache I am getting from the annoying bitch I am working with...oh sorry wrong thread !!!!
