i had to drop out of brighton mara due to flu. i literally did not and could not get out of bed, the Dr came out and I missed boxing day thru to new yr. wouldn't wish that on anyone. get the jab! |

I have asthma so get free flu jabs. Is it a myth that it makes you feel flu like for a day or so? I always feel rough, but I do tend to have it at that time of year when everyone is rough. |
