It just cracked and split when I tried rolling it so I had to break it up and add more egg. Then it stuck to the worktop and cracked going in to the tins so needed patching and had to be thicker than usual. I had to use a bit of SR flour as I ran out of plain - maybe that did it. I remembered to butter the tins this time so I hope they come out ok

OH and I have just gouged out four and eaten them. They looked awful but tasted great. I will butter the tins in future 412
