It hurts to laugh, cough, sneeze, breathe deeply, turn over in bed. Yes, it hurts. Other aches and pains appearing now. Aren’t painkillers the best though?

I did my ribs a couple of years ago. Cocodamol was required for a few days. I was on a bike after 3 weeks although that was a little premature perhaps.
