No RT not me.... I did see you pre start talking to Anna and I think JJ flash?? I still had to get my shoes on for the 9.00start so rather than interupt you all thought I might get chance to chat on course.

Other than very slow and very sore, Team Flinky were OK :-) When BrianJ passed us along the river just before Oakley I said to him that I expected to be out for about 8 hours, so 7:56 was a perfectly satisfactory result LOL!

RT - I'm done with Halstead for a few years now. 3years on the trot there have left me disliking parts of the course intensely.....And why is it always so bloody hot in that bit of Essex on race day? Good friendly event though.
